We want you to LOVE what you buy and feel confident wearing what you purchase from us. We understand that sometimes you get home and don't love something as much as you did in the store, or maybe it doesn't fit quite right! NO worries - Items purchased IN STORE can be returned within 7 days of your purchase date for a store credit upon inspection and acceptance of your items. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT, TAGS MUST BE ATTACHED, AND THE MERCHANDISE MUST BE UNWORN, UNUSED, AND NOT DAMAGED.

FOR ONLINE ORDERS, YOU HAVE 14 DAYS FROM THE SHIP OUT DATE TO SEND BACK YOUR ITEMS. WE WILL ISSUE A STORE CREDIT FOR ONLINE ORDERS WITHIN 2 DAYS OF RECEIVING THE MERCHANDISE VIA MAIL AFTER INSPECTION.
- All returns must be authorized prior to return shipping. Please email orders@luellaonmain.com with your order number to authorize item(s) for return.
- Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving the original shipment.
- Please include your original invoice and keep record of tracking information.
