SHIPPING
LU ELLA is committed to processing orders promptly and we do our best to ship in-stock items within 2 business days after an order is placed. U.S orders will take an additional 5-8 business days for delivery based on location. Please contact us with any questions concerning your order at orders@luellaonmain.com. Please include your order number in your message.
IN STORE PICK UP
We offer FREE pick up in store! Please allow up to 24 business hours to process your order for pick up. Most orders will be ready within 2 business hours, however please note the store hours when placing your order. Orders received for pickup after 12:00pm on Saturdays, will be ready for pickup the following Monday.
TRACKING
When provided from carriers your order will update with a tracking number. Some carriers do not provide tracking numbers. Customers will be notified about their order status via email.
